TTVideo App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by TikTok, ByteDance Ltd., or any of their subsidiaries.

2. Eligibility

To use TTVideo App, you must be:

  • At least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction);
  • Legally permitted to use the Service under the laws of your country;
  • Accessing the Service for lawful purposes only.

3. Permitted Use

You may use TTVideo App to:

  • Download your own TikTok videos for personal archiving or repurposing;
  • Download publicly available videos for personal, non-commercial, offline viewing;
  • Extract audio from videos you have the right to use;
  • Conduct academic or journalistic research using public content.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use TTVideo App to:

  • Download, reproduce, distribute, or monetize content owned by third-party creators without their explicit written permission;
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of any person or entity;

  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without prior written consent;

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service;
  • Use the Service to download content that violates applicable laws, including material that is defamatory, obscene, or constitutes hate speech;
  • Violate TikTok's Terms of Service in conjunction with use of TTVideo App.

5. Intellectual Property

All content downloaded via TTVideo App remains the intellectual property of the original creator and/or TikTok. TTVideo App does not claim ownership of any downloaded content. The TTVideo App brand, name, logo, and website design are the intellectual property of TTVideo App and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TTVIDEO APP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed USD $10.00.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TTVideo App and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, and you waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
